I get a White Screen upon logging in

Problem:
When I click on the Menu Services On Demand Link, I basically get a white screen. I can't see the On Demand account.

Solution:
The problem is most likely Internet Explorer 7 or 8, which are not supported by Menu Services On Demand. Contact your IT department to get upgraded to a more current version if Internet Explorer or try using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
